I have been working at A&R Edelman

    Pros

Great people who are invested in helping you grow. Interesting clients. Incredible leadership conferences.

    Cons

They really overwork you at all levels - you're never truly off unless you're in vacation on a tropical island that doesn't have wifi! This applies at all levels, but that doesn't make it any better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more people to do account and administrative work to spread the load just a little. Even a 10% alleviation in workload would really help. Ease up just a bit on folks - if we have a day off, don't ask us to "just call the client/create an email/edit a document."

Sometimes technology talk needs to be translated for public consumption, and that's where A&R Edelman comes in. One of the largest public relations firms in the Silicon Valley region, A&R Edelman specializes in providing investor and public relations services to high tech companies. Besides its home base outside San Francisco, the firm has an office in New York. A&R Edelman is a unit of Edelman, a leading independent public relations firm. President Bob Angus and senior partner Zelda Rudin founded A&R in 1986; Edelman acquired it in 2006.
