    Pros

A very resilient company. Japan HQ made some very questionable strategic decisions about 2-3 years ago that the current management team has had to recover from. Lots of new players in key positions over the last few years, and all are smart, hard working and have a shared vision for growth. Bright future as this is the industry leader in filtration with great brand recognition. Current CEO is focused on the right topics required to drive growth.

    Cons

The company is on the way back after a 2 year turnaround led by current CEO's vision, senior team's relentless guidance, and on the ground execution. However, the Japanese ownership is a wildcard, and if they continue to make poor decisions from Osaka, this company will continue to be slowed down from achieving its destiny.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue on the current path. Leverage the brand, introduce great new products, and focus on operational excellence, quality and sales growth. NOTE: glassdoor states Kevin Lynch is the CEO, but he was replaced 2.5 years ago by Peter Kurto. I approve of Peter Kurto's direction and leadership, not Kevin Lynch.
