JIM BOTTIN At our core, ABC is comprised of a powerful executive team, all with years of fitness industry experience. Founder and Chairman Jim Bottin entered the industry in 1974 when he opened his own martial arts studios, which soon expanded to a successful chain of 13 fitness centers. In 1981, Bottin created ABC as a solution to the billing and software needs of his own clubs, allowing him to remain more focused on his members’ needs.

    Pros

    ABC Financial is a company that is always changing. People that are hired to work within this company must posses strong adaptablity skills no matter the position. If you are willing to always give 110%, you will be extremely successful here. ABC treats their employee's like family and provides extremely fair comenpensation & benefits as well as endless career opportunites which is very important to me. I've been here almost a full year now and wouldn't imagine going anywhere else!

    Cons

    My coworkers are extrememly helpful and management is never out of the loop. Individual success never goes unacknowledged here...I don't have anything negative to say about ABC!

    Staying organized and extremely involved with your teams are key. Keep up the great work!
