I have been working at ACT full-time

    Pros

The work environment is wonderful from the people to the facilities. The benefits are also above average. I enjoy coming to work and having a work/life balance again.

    Cons

They are slow to change but that is part of their quality assurance, so in this case the con is not so bad. The biggest challenge for the near term is the dependency on poor performing partners.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not be afraid to make changes when things are not working. Please DO NOT compromise our quality reputation.
