We believe in life outside of work.
Is a traditional 8:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday schedule not the best fit for you? We support flexible work arrangements to help you balance your work and personal life.
Summertime equals crazy, busy time. In the summer, if you work at least 37.5 hours by noon on Friday you can take the rest of the afternoon off!
We are passionate about learning.
We are committed to our mission and want you to experience workplace success at ACT. Learning is an exciting, never-ending journey. We have an Academy for Continuous Learning to explore countess learning opportunities.
We take innovation seriously.
Our Office for Innovation acts as the catalyst to create and establish a culture of innovation throughout ACT. We encourage idea sharing and collaboration with Bloom, our idea management platform. Even the next big thing once started as just an idea.
We love bringing great people together.
Great people, great music, great food – it doesn’t get much better than that. We celebrate our accomplishments and show our appreciation by jamming out every summer during our Groovin’ on the Green event and at our Mix & Jingle event around the holidays. We also have a variety of other events to keep us connected and to find out what’s happening at ACT.

We give back.
Every fall, we dedicate a full week to our United Way campaign and pick a new, funky theme each year. Our week long campaign brings all team members – on and off campus – together to make a difference in our communities.
Our Corporate Giving Committee gives back to our communities. We donate to numerous organizations dedicated to local education, human and social needs, community betterment, and disaster relief.

- Assist human resources professionals as they make hiring decisions
- Help companies retain and develop a skilled workforce
- Provide job seekers with credentials and a streamlined path to success

Most people know us for the ACT® college readiness assessment—the college admissions and placement test taken by more than 1.8 million high school graduates every year. But that’s just one aspect of our wide-ranging work.
We believe in the value of early engagement, data, and preparation for both college and career. We offer comprehensive assessment, research, information, and program management services to support education and workforce development. Over the years, ACT has earned a reputation as a thought leader, as well as the trust of educators, practitioners, and policymakers.
ACT research informs policy decisions and helps develop programs that boost lifelong learning potential in schools and workplaces around the world. Above all, we’re passionate about making a difference in all we do.
