I have been working at AECOM full-time (more than a year)

Great salary, and outstanding benefits. My supervision communicated all procedures, policies and work expectations. Encouraged to work autonomously with projects and tasks.

    None that occur to me.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have all individual contract specifications for job task order substantiated with customer. Placing a worker in a federal contract which job tasks cannot be completed due to denied access to programs and databases that are not approved with federal customer, but are expected to be completed by tasking order.

I applied through college or university – interviewed at AECOM.

    Interview Details

The entire interview process was a little over an hour long, including a small tour around the office. I interviewed with two project managers at the same time. They first introduced the company - what kind of projects they do in the department I'm interviewing for, the work environment, the work structure, etc. Generic questions were asked about items written on my resume (research, experience, courses). Very simply, friendly, and pleasant.
