I worked at AECOM full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Very stable, large contracts and great flexibility for work with paid overtime.

    Cons

Group management is not spending enough time on growth and seems satisfied with current work load and current staff. Just not conducive to career growth for younger ambitious engineers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop micro managing and start focusing on sales. Let cheaper, hard working engineers and junior PMs do the work and support them by hiring and training new staff.

Applied through career center and got the invitation of phone interview two weeks after. The interviewer is very friendly and overall great experience. Asked questions about performance matrices and I was not prepared for that
