I have been working at AFC Corporation full-time (more than 3 years)

Good people and good business, yearly reviews and raises. Growing business and in stable industry. Product items are growing which is a positive indication.

Management needs transparency and do away with politics. I would say growing pains for many areas of business. Changes are slow as you would expect.
