Culture of mentoring and providing training to junior employees. Was a very relaxed environment which allowed for the employees to give their full effort without someone looking over their shoulder.
Because it is a government operation, projects tend to take a long time to get approved and completed. This lead to employees with nothing to do in between projects.
Advice to Management
More foresight into projects so that the time in between projects is kept to a minimum. Continue with the positive mentoring and training you provide to your employees.
