I have been working at AGRANA full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

What I really appreciate the most is the fact that everyday I feel that my ideas are appreciated or at least are considered.

    Cons

Sometimes the pressure is fantastic . Also the initial assesment and appropiation of resources when a project is started for example is not thourougly analyzed and you end up working over your limits in order to fulfill the task in time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Loose up a little bit the pressure - give more liberty to employess in making decisions, assesments.
