  • I worked at AIM

    Pros

AIM is a value added company with a real partnership with its client executive management. Owners and executives support AIM in its review of operations and training.

    Cons

Small private firm. Current clients when I worked at AIM were concentrated with one major multiple location business owner locally with other single point clients across the US which impacted efficiency with travel time.

    Advice to Management

Provide time and support with limited involvement to grow staff.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at AIM (Chicago, IL) in April 2015.

    Interview

First have a phone interview, then on-site interview. Interviewers are nice, and the company is good. Business model is very interesting to me also. But, finally, they want a more senior person. so, I did not get the position.
