    I have been working at AIM full-time (Less than a year)


    There are a lot of opportunities at AIM within the technology group to both apply and learn skills around building enterprise level software products. They really have a mission to help people save money and get better care for procedures that really matter. They are building a real SOA environment that will help them scale.


    With the growth, there are some growing pains, as to be expected. But, that can also be seen as a pro. There is some technical debt that needs to be addressed.

    Advice to Management

    Continue supporting growth, and the investments needed to sustain that growth. And continue providing the visibility to the employees so they can help carry the company vision.

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AIM (Dallas, TX) in July 2015.


    Applied online received an email about 3 weeks later for dates at my convenience for phone interview. Basic skill related questios, given a couple of scenario questions, interview was about 25 min then I was asked if I had any questions. I was offered the position pending background check. You have to have access to computer, laptop work schedule is 3 days a week for 2hrs each day
