I have been working at AKKA Technologies

Akka (Sophia Agency) presents the advantage to have a good portfolio, either in ASIC design (TI, ST-Ericsson, etc.), SI (Amadeus, Air France, etc) and spatial (Thales Alenia Space) which enables contractor to move their competency from a domain to another

Downsides from AKKA would be like all contractor agencies that they put a lot of pressure on people that loses their mission due to crisis and ask for geographical mobility

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership is very well defined in AKKA but they should also count on their task force to find new missions and reward us.
