I have been working at ALLIED GroupPros
The company trys its best to make a job that is tedious and repetitive enjoyable by making you feel a part of the whole company. They offer benefits and flexible hours and good training.
They also provide many opportunities for employees to advance their education through employee tuition reimbursement that is very generous.Cons
The downside is that while your supervisor may tell you that you are doing a good job the Quality Assurance person who monitors your calls will criticize you if you are off on small details of the call. It can ruin your day. Just because you may not follow a script perfectly doesn't mean the customer wasn't perfectly delighted with your service.
Also we are timed on calls and how long before we are ready for another call. It can get very rushed.Advice to ManagementAdvice
