    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at AMN Healthcare.

    Interview Details

After you apply on line a recruiter will call you out of the blue without an warning. Then they have you do an online "assessment". The recruiter waited over a week to call me after I did the assessment, which was pretty unnerving. After that, they schedule you for a group interview. I am not a fan of group interviews. You go in and they do their rah-rah for the company and give you some background about the company. If they are the leader in their field, they should pay their employees more.

    Interview Questions
    • Role playing--forget the ridiculous questions that they ask you...then you have to role play with several people. Humiliating to say the least.   Answer Question
    Reasons for Declining

the pay is not commensurate with other similar positions.
