    I worked at ANCILE Solutions full-time (More than a year)


    High customer retention levels continue to provide a predictable base revenue stream. Likely the strongest software vendor in its niche.


    With market transforming to cloud solutions that are being designed to be more self evident to use the market for the core solution is declining. They have been slow to deliver meaningful new products. In the midst of ongoing organization transformations many employees are unclear of the new directions the leaders are taking.

    Advice to Management

    Clearly communicate your strategic direction and shoot straight with your organization.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ANCILE Solutions (Elkridge, MD) in March 2015.


    30 minute phone interview first. Then if you get the second interview.... 4-5 Half-hour sessions. A couple technical questions. Some process / critical thinking questions "How would you go about doing...." Mostly behavioral questions - situation, action, result/outcome.
