I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at APCO Worldwide (Chicago, IL) in April 2015.
Applied online. Had a phone interview which went well but they said they're looking for someone with more experience for this role. So I applied to a very similar role but which listed fewer years of experience required. I had two phone interviews but the second person said that I may be overqualified, and I should apply for the [original] position. I said I did so they said they would refer me internally, and when I had my third interview, the people did not remember me and conducted the interview as if we had never spoken. It was very bizarre and says to me there is a real lack of communication between teams, and they don't seem to even know what they're looking for in a candidate. Probably a red flag for what the position would actually entail.
