    You're put into a lot of different roles, so you get to learn a lot about recruitment, healthcare, social media, etc. in a small timeframe


    Because you're put in so many roles, you're also expected to do a lot, so sometimes the expectations can be quite high

    Advice to Management

    They have metrics that are pretty reasonable, but they monitor the goals too closely. Giving people freedom to choose their own goals can help with turn over and employee engagement. They are generous with compensation, bonuses, perks, fun competitions, so they have no trouble keeping employees interested and engaged.

    I applied online. I interviewed at ASAP Staffing (Washington, DC) in March 2014.


    First interview was easy pretty technical. We spoke about servers, networking software etc. and spoke I was offered a position after passing my clearance. A few days later they said the position was filled and asked if I will accept a lower position with no start date. I was insulted and declined the offer. I don't recommend this company you are better off not wasting time, emails as I just felt conned. It's sad what IT staffing agencies will do to people. these days to keep their contracts. DONT work with this company you will be sorry.
