The employees and staff are friendly and there are a handful of tenured employees who provide a wealth of knowledge with regards to the products and services. The products are leading edge, putting the customers at a huge advantage compared to their peers.
Leadership Turnover, No Accountability, Global Team is disconnected from North America (largest Business Unit), and Business Decisions are all reactive rather than pro-active.
Advice to Management
Spend more time understanding the business from an Employee/Customer perspective and work on focusing more about the overall financial health of the organization long-term, and less about meeting the business objectives month-over-month.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ weeks – interviewed at ASSA ABLOY in June 2014.
Applied though Linked-In recruiter. Interview process from start of application to interview was 20days. Took another 3weeks without a response from them on whether moving forward. I made their decision easy by removing myself from further consideration. If a company cannot give a response to a potential employee, I wonder how responsive is management to answer real hard questions?!
