Maria McDaniel gets it. Listen to her articulate some of ATB’s values, such as offering big bank products while staying close to the community. She describes the corporate culture as putting people first. ATB values what you have to offer, and as Maria says, “gives you the tools to drive your own bus”. For a sales role you have to want to help people and be hungry for growth in the business, and in yourself. You’re essentially your own office, but ATB does offer coaching, resources, and a great, diverse team to support you. http://gldr.co/vIzWc

Think you know it all? We don’t. But that’s ok! Continuous learning is part of being a team member at ATB. Not only do we support development philosophically and financially, we require it. For instance, our “Experiential Burst” opportunities encourage leaders to step outside of their daily routines to participate in projects, activities, or even board meetings to support their personal equity. If you have a natural affinity for this growth mindset you will excel personally and professionally at ATB.
What is it that makes ATB an award-winning employer? Yes, we have excellent flexible benefits, competitive pension packages, and great banking perks like staff interest rates and free bank accounts – but we know there’s more to being THE place to work than compensation. ATB is different because we invest in the whole you. Our goal is to make you richer during your time with us – whether that means personal growth intellectually, financially, experientially, or even in your mental and physical health. We understand that being a team member at our organization is a mutually beneficial partnership involving creating the life you want to live and converting those efforts into results for you and our customers. Our culture is about caring, trust, diversity, accountability, and contribution from all team members. If you have a natural affinity for this growth mindset you will excel personally and professionally during your time at ATB.
