I have been working at ATI Physical Therapy full-time (Less than a year)

Flexible schedule for a college student in PT school. (This depends on your Director.) Decent pay if you're trying to figure out if this is a long term career. Working with people. Great co-workers. Corporate seems to be more understanding of what's going on with the clinics than other companies. (Most of corporate's staff are PTs, so they know what it's like on the clinician level.) Insurance coverage. Mileage coverage. Great system to track hours, and manage PTO.

Work to life balance. There are days that you will work from 7am to 7pm, and then drive an hour home, only to get to work at 7am the next day. (This isn't ATI's fault, but more how insurance companies are requiring Clinicians to see more patients in order to make the same salary.)

    Advice to Management

Slow down the expansion of the company, as it's spreading the clinicians too thin.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ATI Physical Therapy (Chicago, IL).

They really don't ask strenuous questions. Seemed that as long as you came off as friendly, they'll offer you a job. Back when I interviewed there you meet with a recruiter at an ATI near you, and then did a second interview at corporate in Bolingbrook. No drug, TB, or immunization tests ever.

    Interview Questions

As a new grad, they didn't offer any room to negotiate.
