I have been working at ATI Physical Therapy (Illinois) full-time (more than an year)

I've been with ATI for 2 years now, I've worked for St. Francis and Accelerated Rehab prior to my time here. ATI Is BY FAR superior in work environment, company culture, opportunities to advance, and competitive pay. Their clinical leadership program really helps train you for taking on the tasks as a Clinic Director. Accelerated puts unprepared people in these positions and it's a breath of fresh air to have people that are awesome therapists and know how to manage. Marketing personnel are awesome at getting patient referrals in the door, thus alleviating this from our plate.

Pay schedule is weird, not every 2 weeks, but twice a month. Apparently some of the old guard from Advance PT still linger and that hurts overall growth. "We did this when we were Advance!" Well, if Advance was that good, then they wouldn't have been sold! Get over it and move on!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dylan is great and Mark is very good locally here. Continue to do things to make the culture and teams close! We need to recruit more experienced talent! There are folks at the hospitals, home health, and Accelerated that are ready to leave for the right opportunity.
