    Pros

The work is challenging and interesting. The people are generally easy going and pleasant to work with.

    Cons

No room for advancement. The company is not spending money to upgrade equipment to maintain resources.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Push for fat into the product line. Running too lean to make production. If someone take vacation or goes out sick there is no way to recover even with overtime.
