    I worked at AWEA

    Pros

Nice office building, free coffee, get to work about an issue you care about and have a good vantage point in an interesting industry. Pretty high-profile place and relatively prestigious, I've found.

    Cons

Top management is strikingly ill-equipped to manage, hire/fire/promote talent, and execute effective strategy. The best talent is to be found on the "bottom" of the organization, but they are quickly fleeing
