New Financial Professional

At AXA Advisors, we are committed to providing comprehensive training and development programs to assist new financial professionals in building their businesses effectively and efficiently from the very outset.  Our candidate training curriculum is designed to provide the new financial professional with the skills and tools to succeed; regardless of prior professional or educational background.

New Financial Professional Compensation Programs

Our three year financing programs allow a new financial professional several opportunities to succeed.

  • Traditional Full Commission + Bonus Opportunities
  • Traditional Base Pay + Reduced Commission
  • Retirement Benefits Group (RBG) Salary + Reduced Commission with Bonus Opportunities

 Additional Programs Available

The new financial professional may be offered the opportunity to join the Gold Mentor or the Firm Builder Program. 

Compensation will include first year and renewal commissions as well as service fees and trails (or asset based compensation).  All the financing programs have periodic production requirements to ensure the financial professional is successful.

 

After successfully completing the financing program, the financial professional has the opportunity to contract as an experienced financial professional and participate in the Full Commission and the Production Opportunity Payment Program.  Financial Professionals may be eligible to move to an experienced financial professional contract after two years of financing.

    Pros

    Set your own schedule and you get paid for your results. This is not the place to hide behind your computer screen. Nearly 100% commission which for those of us who build great relationships and deliver results to our clients means handsome compensation. The non-tangible income you receive from helping people retire, send their kids to college or protect them in event of disability or death is priceless. Clients really appreciate what you do.

    Cons

    You must work 60 hour weeks for your first 3-5 years to build a practice. From what I see most people are not willing to put in this time and not earn much commission. Must make short term sacrifices for long term returns.

    Advice to Management

    Need to make it easier for new associates to launch in the career.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at AXA Advisors.

    Interview

    One on one interview with VP. The interviewer was very personable. Straightforward questions about why you want to be an adviser and why you will be successful. Beware, a lot of hidden costs they do not spell out to you. Ask questions. You earn the highest commissions on insurance products. They say they will not push these insurance products on your clients... Doubtful. They are salesmen, selling their company to you. Keep that in mind.
