    Pros

You help people enjoy the art they ether purchased or created by designing masterpieces for their homes and offices. That is rewarding.

    Cons

The work week is never the same. Odd scheduling. Split shifts. Always working weekends. Constantly changing floor sets. They email sales that morning to put up right away. Coupons are out of control. They cut hours. Send people home sometimes. Old computers/registers, seems like there is always something going wrong.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time training new employees rather than complaining about what they do. They cant do it something if the training is awful.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aaron Brothers Art and Framing (Los Angeles, CA).

    Interview

Took a few weeks, and multiple interviews.Overall fairly normal. The HR folks were very nice and up front about responsibilities and duties, as well as compensation. I was given a few choices about training locations and times, as well as when i took my store, i was able to choose from a few possibilities.
