I have been working at Access Intelligence full-time

The entrepreneurial spirit at A.I. creates an environment where innovation comes from all levels within the organization. This "roll up your sleeves" attitude encourages out-of-the-box ideas and everyone has the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the bottom line. The benefits structure is above average and the corporate culture rewards hard work with flexibility and a healthy work/life balance (the office closes at 3pm on Fridays). If layers of bureaucracy, a stifling corporate culture and minimal career growth opportunities are your thing, A.I. is not the place for you.

I would've said something about the dated corporate office space. However, A.I. is moving to a shiny new, completely renovated corporate space within a matter of weeks.

    Advice to Management

The countless number of employees that return to A.I. after stints elsewhere should tell you everything you need to know. Keep up the good work!

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Access Intelligence.

Initial contact by an HR assistant and then brief phone interview with HR director. Shallow questions, very brief and superficial interview. I suspect that they were mostly interested in my salary requirements.

    Interview Questions

    • No difficult questions - interview was amazingly superficial. Interviewer sounded like a 13 year old on the phone. Not very professional. Followup call was promised but was never made. I am not impressed!   Answer Question
