 Mark Friedman
Chief Executive Officer


Mark Friedman founded Accruent in 1995 and established the company as the leading provider of real estate and facilities management software. In his role as CEO, Mark is responsible for directing Accruent's overall vision, corporate strategy and operations.

Under his leadership, the company received two Dorsey Awards for excellence in customer service, was recognized as Software Developer of the Year in 2006, and was named to the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 list for the last seven consecutive years for achieving outstanding revenue growth.

Mark was recognized as a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year award, was named as one of the Top 30 People to Watch in commercial real estate, and was recognized as one of the Top 40 People Under 40 in retail. He is also a recipient of the BridgeGate20 Award.

Mark holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tulane University's School of Engineering.

 Van Goodrich
 Chief Financial Officer


As Chief Financial Officer, Van Goodrich directs the company's corporate accountng, financial planning, and reporting.

Prior to joining Accruent, Van was with Deloitte & Touche for 5 years in teh Los Angeles and Sydney offices where he worked in their Assurance & Advisory Technology Practice. During that time, he participated in filing multiple IPOs for companies with total market cap fo $3.7 billion, as well as helped complete several acquisitions of publicly traded companies.

In 2012, Van was named CFO of the Year by the Austin Business Journal in his category of medium-sized private companies.

Van is a CPA, licensed in the State of California. He has a BD degree from California State, Long Beach.

 Wayne Roberts
Chief Operating Officer


As Chief Operating Officer, Wayne Roberts is responsible for the teams that develop, enginer, support, implement, consult, and host the full suite of Accruent products. He also serves as the Head of Human Resources and the teams that recruit and support all Accruent employees. Wayne's role is purpose built to leverage his extensive experience, skills and strenghts in operational and human resources related areas.

Prior to joingin Accruent, Wayne served in a variety of senior executive roles at Rackspace, Dell, Accenture, and Trammell Crow Company where he built a 27 year tracks record in Customer Support, Operations, Professional Services, Sales, Product Development, Real Estate, and Human Resources. Known as a strong mentor, coach and developer of people, Wayne has a proven track record of building winning teams that get exceptional results, the right way.

Wayne is a proud Fightin' Texas Aggie and holds a BBA in Business Analysis and an MBA from Texas A&M University.

 Jeff Bolke
Vice President, Sales


As Vice President of Sales, Jeff Bolke is responsible for overseeing all sales related functions. His primary objective is to drive the long-term growth and profitability of the company throughte acquisition and development of customer relationships.

Jeff brings over 20 years of domestic and international enterprise software experience to Accruent. Prior to joining Accruent, he served on the executive teams at UnboundID,, DataCert, Motive, and Trilogy. Jeff started his career with IBM as a marketing representative in Houston, Texas.

Jeff eaned a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

    Pay will be below market average. High turnover rate and high expectations can be stressful. Depending on your role, you could be expected to work overtime. Growing pains means that you have to be flexible and adaptable to quick changes in responsibilities and company objectives.

    I applied online. The process took 3+ weeksinterviewed at Accruent (Austin, TX) in July 2015.


    It began w/ a brief interview w/ HR, followed by an online assessment of basic knowledge. This assessment involves math and word problems to test overall smarts. If you pass that assessment, you are moved onto the next level. This involves a second knowledge assessment, which is monitored this time to make sure you don't cheat - so it really doesn't benefit you to cheat or use a calculator during the initial assessment. If you pass this as well, you have an interview w/ the managers and/or vice president of sales, depending on who is available I assume. If that goes well, you are brought in for a tour of the facilities, lunch w/ manager and peers, etc. It may go differently if you live in town and can interview in person, but I had been out of town. Things go pretty quickly and there are plenty of people to answer any and all questions along the way. I was thoroughly impressed w/ the entire interview process.
