I worked at Ace Parking full-time

Approachable bosses, fast tracked in-company promotions, good pay for the job, running at work, good insurance, they take care of you well all things considered

All the cons I can think of are really cons for the service industry in general. Hours can be late or early but people drive 24/7, so it makes sense. You are understaffed sometimes, but people come in rushes at parking garages or restaurants -- it's just part of the job.

    Advice to Management

Give your lower managers a little more time off somehow.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Ace Parking (San Diego, CA) in August 2015.

I applied online. The same day, I was emailed a invitation to a group interview. After I accepted. I was immediately sent a confirmation and time. At the interview, I arrived to a 12 to 13 person group interview where 3 or 4 recruiting managers reviewed all the candidates.
