    I worked at Acer America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great environment, communication flows easy, people is open to talk... if you show y o ir talent and blend into the culture. Salary is fair, work load is huge, but makes you move fast and you start to feel good with the workaholic mood. Product are really great quality, keeps innovating on technology. I'll totally return there.

    Cons

    Some bad people selection has damaged the company, lack of market positioning keeps dragging the brand into the low end price point; sadly they don't yet get how to communicate their product values.

    Advice to Management

    You need to takeout cancer people urgently, company is losing talent because of politics and lavish behavior, acer is a great company that will always have my admiration, respect and thankful for all what I learned there... but please...wake up and take out the trash... less politics, more good work and please value your people

    Interview

    They don't have a hiring process as they never respond to anyone. They don't care or back their warranty and have absolutely no customer service and could care less. If you want to be haunted with endless problem, buy and ACER but don't expect help from them.
