    I worked at Acergy

    Pros

    I was able to grow in my technical experience. It was nice to also be able to travel internationally.
    The benefits package was decent.

    Cons

    Added responsibility did not translate to added support. Pay also did not go up as you took on more responsibilities. Hard to deal with HR.
