I worked at Acision full-time (More than 3 years)Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDoesn't RecommendNeutral Outlook
If you are working on a product that is currently hot, you can have a very comfortable living in spite of all the pressure and sometimes unrealistic demands from the management. Conference allowance, work from home, etc. Health plan is great, other benefits are anywhere from ok to good.
Company doesn't know what is it doing and what does it want to do, and it shows in every aspect of environment. Unrealistic projects are started, existing projects are abandoned, sales sell the products that engineering doesn't have resources to create, etc... And forget about salary increase or promotion. Not even reindexing to keep up with the inflation.
