I worked at Acrodex full-time (Less than a year)
Nothing at all..getting paid every month......
I have worked with worst management ever, No leadership, just go to different sites everyday and manager is trying to run the department in very less staff so they can save some money and show the Acrodex that they did a good job, but that's not true, less staff is working like a hell, on the top manager never call any staff unless and until he want to shout of them for paperwork. they are too scared from AHS peoples and tell us to do whatever they says, its really frustrating that Company has good reputation and where we are the one who are part of the company and trying to make some money for them and they are not treating us very well, I think we don't need manager at this department as supervisor is enough to handle this department very well. I would say never ever apply for Technical analyst for IMAC or Onsite because both are same worst job. YES if they are willing to keep enough staff otherwise be ready to skip lunch and breaks and do whatever they say. if you fight then "you are fired", I hope it will get better in future
Advice to Management
Please remove the manager position from this department as you are just wasting money after that. and hire more staff so you have more manpower who is actually working outside for the company.
Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Acrodex (Edmonton, AB (Canada)).
I was offered the job and we negotiated a salary. However, in the offer letter, they stated my salary to be a full $5000 less than what was negotiated!?! I contacted HR and was told that I must be mistaken or misunderstood. When I insisted, they checked with the hiring manager and then came back to honour the salary I was promised. Can you say bait and switch? If you are in dire need of a job as most are, I suspect you would not question this and take the salary offered which is one of their tricks. Since I did not apply for the job and was contacted by their in-house headhunter, I could not care less so I called them on it. Be careful of the bait and switch trick!
- Nothing that I can recall, it was all very standard. Answer Question
Had to negotiate hard to get the salary I wanted and also the time off that was promised was later reneged as the manager said she thought it was only a temporary request, not on-going. Bait and switch...
