As a pilots we just received a 30% pay increase, we are also paid a trip bonus for every load we fly, and loading pay if we are required to touch the cargo. And this is in addition to our salary. They have a very good relationship with the FAA and the training is thorough, even though it's challenging, they want you to succeed washing out means giving up. Management is very down to earth and more than willing to work with you, if you are an employee in good standings willing to work with them.
The Airplanes are old, 1960's era, each cockpit is set up differently. One airplane have no GPS, another has a great GPS, the auto pilot functions is limited, no FMS computer, and no APU in the Falcon Jets.
Advice to Management
Updated avionics would help retain pilots.
