    Interview Details

Started with a very basic call with one of their contract recruiters. She submitted my resume to the hiring manager who I taled with about two weeks later. I went in for a face to face interview and was told next steps would be to come back to Actuant to meet a few more team members. I never heard back from anyone in HR about next steps or if they were no longer considering me for the role. I was very surprises and disappointed at the lack of professionalism displayed. It amazes me that in today's day and age that companies are so rude and dismissive. Based on my experience I would not be interested in this organization or recommen. I believe a negative experience during the interviewing process is a direct reflection on how you will be valued or not valued as an employee.
