    Pros

My managers are always willing to explain things to me if I am confused (within reason - there are resources for me to teach myself), and the culture is one of hard work!

    Cons

Long hours can really weigh you down, but you only work 4 days a week. It makes up for it

    Advice to Management

I love where we are going. Keep up the focus on lean and on personnel development.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Acuity Brands (Conyers, GA) in July 2015.

    Interview

I got called by a recruiter for the position of design engineer. They set-up the phone interview (about 30 min) with 2 person panel. They got back the next day about scheduling an on-site interview. The next round was set-up for the week after. 3 panel interview of 45 min each. The process was fairly simple and went over my resume and other experiences.
