    I worked at AdTrack

    Pros

    This place was fun to work at. Great family/work balance, one-off dog visits welcome, and casual dress. Management supportive of allowing IT staff to learn and grow. If you needed to leave early for a family function, no problem as long as you were willing to work a little late if there was a client emergency -- beyond fair. T-shirt, khaki shorts and flip-flops were a plus. I would recommend them to a friend if they were in a position to start hiring again.

    Cons

    I really enjoyed my time at this company. I can't really complain about anything other than the fact that the company ended up in a position where they had to incur a reduction in force and let, in my opinion, good people go.
