Being a small company sometimes work-life balance is affected. Especially during release times it can get very stressful. Even though you are encouraged to learn and deploy the latest technology, you never get enough time. Everything is super critical and hence you have to be constantly on your toes. Promotions are a tad bit too slow as well.
