    Pros

Excellent small company, team environment. You are as successful as you choose to be. You must communicate what you're doing at all times, but everyone has their eyes on the same goals and it is great to work with people who care and are passionate about fuel cell technology.

    Cons

You have to bring your A game every day. There is no one to back you up, everyone is responsible for their own piece of the pie. This can be a good or a bad thing (some people thrive in this environment, some people don't like the pressure). There is so much to do, it can be tough to balance out the expectations with the resources that are available.

    Advice to Management

Set clear and concise goals, commnunicate them, and provide status updates against those goals. If the goals are unrealistic and change due to unforeseen obstacles or new information, then change the goals and communicate them.
