Advice to Management
Promote the employee based on their qualifications good behavior with the employees improve the work life balance by giving half days on saturdays.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aditya Birla Money (Mumbai (India)) in July 2015.
I Applied through Naukri.com, immediately called received from HR and first round was scheduled. First Round - Senior Manager took, lasted for an hour, discussion was related to current job profile, then which apps you like, then somewhat of stress interviews. An assignment challenge was been given. But later on said no need of the same. we already have lots of work, so once you come on board you will get to know. Then second round was need to be scheduled with Head, it went for next day. Second Round - Head Product took, Second round. It was general discussion about work & my past experience. Interview lasted for 15-20min. Got Positive feedback from both the Head & Manager Third Round - HR - HR asked about the Current CTC Details & Expectations, took xerox of my offer letters & pay slip. HR never shared her figure, but asked to join very early as the product was getting launched was asking about resignation date. She took a time to discuss my offer with senior & said will get back by eve followed up with her, she said she would send by afternoon. Overall Experience - Poor communication - Whatever the result it may be whether you select or don't select. Inform the candidate.
