    Great culture, very diverse and expert professionals in the field of science
    Great cross-function of duties
    Great Teams!!!!


    Pay not competitive with other competitors in industry
    Management does not get involved
    Managers to include CEO think they can manage by sitting at their desk all the time
    Terrible Accounting Department,,, Director, Finance does not know how to manage people
    Raises and bonus get prorated if not there for a whole year...
    Great Employee Activities functions - awesome holiday parties

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to pay more attention to day to day management of their staff and get involved.
    Need more train more on a regular basis...don't have a lot of training from Safety or payroll and things like that..

    I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Advanced Bioscience Laboratories in June 2014.

    Interview Details

    Initially contacted by HR to schedule an in person interview. The in-person interview was about two hours long. 30 minutes with HR, 30 mins with the Primary Investigator, 30 minutes with a Supervisor, and 30 minutes with a few members in the laboratory.The interview was straightforward. Individuals asked behavioral, technical, and past experience questions.
