    This company has great people, affordable insurance (vision, health, dental & 401). Great with having grace periods and allow you to earn paid benefit time with perfect attendance, employee of month and for every 40 hour you work they give you a extra paid hour to use however you like which adds up.


    Low pay, agents not paid enough considering most call centers start off with $10.00 or higher,not enough training before putting agents on floor and only 30 minute lunch. Have evaluation reviews once a year which can suck cause you can work your butt off all year to only get .20/.30¢ for the entire year but it is based on your performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Some of the agents in certain departments the pay should be increased. There should be opportunity for advancement for the employees before posting externally for rolls such as HR, Leaders, Developers and QT trainers.

    Hiring and interview is good. They do try to place where they think you will work out the best, but not always.

    • Most difficult is the pay rate. The pay rate is really low especially in a factory setting. They are more than that per employee that they put in the work force from the company. They could pay a lot better. They pay should be the same as a full time employee for the same job if not worse. A lot of the full time employees put the crappy jobs on the temporaries because they don't want to do them.   Answer Question
