I worked at Adventist Health Central Valley

There was a great boss that I reported to that made the transition to this job very easy.

Location. The hospital is located in a very rural area of the state. I prefer to be in a metro area.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I really don't have any advice for management since it was a very pleasant experience for me. I wish all employers were this open and honest.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Adventist Health Central Valley in April 2011.

    Interview Details

I interviewed with this hospital. It was very nice experience for me, though I did not get a job offer. Everybody in panel made me feel so comfortable during an interview. Since I drove from San Francisco, they toured me their other two hospitals. The whole process took about 3 hours. After a week, interviewer called me and said she found someone with more experience, but I found very professorial to call me and inform. These days nobody cares to even send you a rejection email. If I get a chance, I would really love to work for them.
