Former Employee - Business Analyst in New York, NY

I worked at Advertising.com as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

"Googly" culture perhaps because of ex-Googler CEO, nice and (some) smart people to work with, very good work-life balance, good location in NYC, good training

    Cons

Constant change of management, overlaps of duty, can feel the struggle of higher management level, basically at a very crucial point, not sure about promotion cause i was there for a short time

    Interview Details

At first there was a phone screen. Followed by the hiring manager for the team. Then I was brought in to meet with the team. 4 people, 30 minutes each. Basic fit and behavioral questions. Brought in again to meet with more people, a couple brain teasers. And a final meeting with the cultural ambassador.
