I have been working at Aesculap USA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, managers give you the freedom and trust to not micro manage, always trying to see how we can be better as a company, access to leadership team, still has a small company feel even though we are growing rapidly, low turnover

    Cons

Growing so quickly has in return handed us some growing pains.

    Advice to Management

Keep asking for feedback before making any significant changes
