    Pros

    Great people and small enough to make a difference. CEO is amazing and fair.

    Cons

    They get in their own way with processes that are set up to protect them, but actually make it hard for customers to enjoy the full benefit of their products and services.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Consider promoting Denise Cyr to a position of more responsibility. Great leader!
