I worked at Affinity Group full-time (More than a year)

Loved working here when I had the right management.

    Advice to Management

Don't mess with a system that is functioning correctly, and screen your management choices better.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Affinity Group in August 2015.

The initial interview process was scheduled in a timely manner. Additionally my overall experience while interviewing was pleasant. As well as very informative and professional. The entire process of the initial interview was setup in a casual office environment.
