Every agency has account people. Every agency has art directors and copywriters. They have medical people, and editors, and people who know strategy. Agency after agency, it’s the same titles, the same functions, and the same departments.
But that’s where the similarities end.
At AgencyRx, although the titles might be familiar, it’s our people who are different.
We make sure our people have minds that are brimming with ideas. We hire people who aren’t afraid to push for something they believe in. We want people who occasionally wear their hearts on their sleeves. We have find-a-way-to-make-it-happen, big-thinking, fun-loving, think-you-can-change-the-world kind of people.
In short, our people have Brains, Guts, and Heart.
We are AgencyRx.
We are a Healthcare Idea Generator that’s powered by a like-minded community of smart, brave, and passionate collaborators. We are dedicated to creating brand solutions that make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
If this excites you, if this is what you’re looking for in an agency, then let’s find a way to work together.

I have been working at AgencyRx full-time (More than 5 years)
Very passionate employees who want to do the innovative and meaningful work for our clients. There are some extremely bright people here who are not afraid to push others to be their best. Nice offices perks like bagel fridays, bring dogs to work, half day summer Fridays, etc.
Has been going through some changes. Leadership is working on moving in the right direction but struggles at times.
Advice to Management

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AgencyRx (New York, NY).
After a phone interview with upper management, met individually with three employees on various accounts to discuss my potential to fulfill the role. Discussed various campaigns and shared ideas on how I would work with them. Spoke about my background in writing and in science. Spoke with a former freelance intern recently hired FT about that transition.
