I have been working at Agoda full-time (More than a year)
For self-starters there are great opportunities for advancement in the New York office which the company is investing a lot in. Agoda also has a global mobility program so if you perform well and want to move to another country it is encouraged. As a fast growing company the culture is very "start up". You won't find lots of procedures and policies like more established companies - that isn't for everyone. Systems and general focus change regularly so you need to be willing to adapt to change and think on the fly.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Agoda (New York, NY).
Took over a week. Spoke with several different recruiters for long lengths of time. I don't think this position is being represented correctly as it seems like number crunching more than anything else. The turnover in the NY office also seems to be high which is never a good sign.
