    Pros

Lots of freedom and flexibility, combined with an interesting market and good opportunities to explore new technologies.

    Cons

Sub average pay and limited promotion opportunities. Tough to switch to competitors, as it's very frowned upon within the group. Core business is print, which puts the digital part at a disadvantage.

    Advice to Management

Mix top management more often, between departments, but also by hiring out, not just promoting within the group. More competitive pay for leading employees.
