Lots of freedom and flexibility, combined with an interesting market and good opportunities to explore new technologies.
Sub average pay and limited promotion opportunities. Tough to switch to competitors, as it's very frowned upon within the group. Core business is print, which puts the digital part at a disadvantage.
Advice to Management
Mix top management more often, between departments, but also by hiring out, not just promoting within the group. More competitive pay for leading employees.

The political revolution in Poland paid off for Agora. The company publishes the popular Polish newspaper, "Gazeta Wyborcza" (Election Gazette). With a paid circulation of about 450,000, the newspaper was created in 1989 as a voice for the Solidarity party. Agora also publishes Metro, a free national daily paper.
