    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Air Arabia full-time (More than 5 years)

Your hardwork is valued in this company. Very liberal work style. Your opinion is always heard. You can always take a risk as long as you have can justify your action. Its still a mid sized company so you can grow which totally depend in your own pace. Very challenging environment.

You have to show yourself to get Noticed. Have to work under pressure. Remuneration seems lower than expected. Some times you are not heard or ignored for greater good of the company.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your people, they do make a difference. Micro management is funny and iritating. HR policies should be for the Employees not only in the favour of saving cost but should look at Staffs as an asset which is not the case.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Sharjah (United Arab Emirates)

    Easy Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Air Arabia (Sharjah (United Arab Emirates)) in September 2015.

I got an invitation from air arabia to attend the interview on 16th September. When I went there in room they asked me for a candidate detail form and they will give you numbers. And later they just start with introduction round and one of the HR said you have to tell you name your experience and your hobbies. So, when my chance came my number was 13th I went there and I started with a nice introduction. But I didn't get it. I don't understand the criteria. Just a Introduction round and you are out. All the way from India spending more than 2000 aed for one day to attend this interview. I seriously loathe myself.
