    I have been working at Air Arabia full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Airline benefits for me and family -Health insurance -Location is good

    Cons

    -No recognition even when you work very hard -Too much work load -no privacy in washrooms. We have mixed washrooms for men and women and toilet paper is not always available -only the friends of managers get increases and support -No fairness

    Advice to Management

    -recognize the efforts of people who work hard and not those who are friends with the managers -Be fair
