I have been working at Air New Zealand full-time (more than 3 years)

I love working for Air New Zealand and it all comes down to the people. Engaged, passionate and innovative the people are without question among some of the worlds best. Like all companies we have our challenges but the people are what makes it all worthwhile. Based in New Zealand has it's benefits too!

At times work practices can be siloed and we need to work harder at being one team.

    Interview Details

Phone interview was with a recruiter for Air New Zealand from the hub in Auckland, a little tricky to catch with time zones. After that there was an interview in Los Angeles with the Air New Zealand team. It was great to see other people so passionate about a brand that is dear to me. Very knowledgeable and passionate about their product. Very nice and very talented individuals.

Unlike the kiwi, New Zealand's flightless national bird, Air New Zealand soars far and wide. Air New Zealand extends its offerings by participating in the Star Alliance, a global marketing and code-sharing network that includes carriers such as Lufthansa and United Airlines.
