    Pros

    You will get a lot of experience and work on a variety of clients. Be ready to work hard and at times tedious. They have a lot of fun, and hire cool people

    Cons

    You will have to learn a lot on your own, especially with the more complicated accounts. Not a lot of diversity in terms of age or race.

    Advice to Management

    The tuition reimbursement program could use some beefing up.
