    Pros

Good place to start with good pay and reputation. Training opportunities, network, and reputation open doors for your next job.

    Cons

Shrinking firm struggling with leadership transitions. It's a good place to start a career and learn, but not a lot of long term potential. Long hours, but that is every big firm.
